For Authors
Skripta is dedicated to a clear, constructive, and ethical publishing experience. These author guidelines outline our core expectations regarding research integrity, manuscript formatting, authorship transparency, and open dissemination.
General Manuscript Principles
For EOJNSS, submissions must present original research that is not published or under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts should be written in clear English and submitted through the journal’s OJS portal as a Microsoft Word file. Authors should follow the current journal instructions because the OJS policy is the authoritative submission source.
EOJNSS Submission Checklist
- Include a title page with the article title, all authors’ names and institutional addresses, and the corresponding author’s contact details.
- Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words and 3–7 keywords in alphabetical order.
- Organize research articles, where applicable, as Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
- Place tables and illustrations in the manuscript text, use single spacing and 12-point type, and prepare references in author-year format in alphabetical order.
Structure & Precision
EOJNSS research articles should follow the journal’s required section order and provide enough methodological detail for readers to understand and assess the work.
Manuscript Presentation
Use clear academic English, keep the manuscript readable and consistent, and supply tables, illustrations, and references in the format described in the current EOJNSS instructions.
Ethical Approvals
When a study involves human participants, personal data, or other regulated materials, authors must provide the applicable ethics approval and consent information required by the journal and by law.
Authorship & Contributor Transparency
Only people who made a substantial intellectual contribution to the work should be listed as authors. All listed authors should approve the submitted and final versions and accept responsibility for the integrity of the work. The corresponding author should confirm the author list and affiliations during submission.
Contributor-role statements may be included when requested by the journal or when they help clarify individual contributions; this publisher page does not impose a universal CRediT requirement on EOJNSS manuscripts.
Use of Generative AI & Large Language Models
In accordance with COPE and WAME guidance, generative artificial intelligence systems (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or automated LLMs) cannot be listed as an author or co-author. AI tools lack legal personhood and cannot assume legal and ethical accountability for the integrity, authenticity, or originality of research.
- If AI-assisted tools were utilized to support grammar editing, code drafting, or literature scoping, authors must disclose this transparently in the Methods or Acknowledgements section, specifying the software name, version, and prompt context.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the factual accuracy of any generated text, citations, calculations, or figures. Generating fabricated data or synthetic references constitutes academic misconduct.
Copyright, Licensing & Open Access
EOJNSS authors retain copyright. Articles are published with immediate open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), subject to the license terms and proper attribution.
EOJNSS Article Publication Fee
The current EOJNSS Article Publication Fee is 50 USD. The journal states that this fee is not refundable after acceptance. Consult the OJS submission page for the current payment instructions and any journal-specific updates.
Journal Submission Portals
Each Skripta journal operates an independent Open Journal Systems (OJS) editorial platform. To submit a manuscript, track review status, or access journal-specific author guidelines, please navigate directly to the journal’s editorial portal.
